Exploring the nanoscale world is sometimes like the blind men "seeing" the elephant. Without
a better vision, one cannot manipulate the nanoworld well.
Therefore, we devote ourselves to the advancements of nanoanalysis and nanofabrication, so that us "blind men" can see and work well in the nanometer scale.
The laboratory for Micro/Nanofabrication and Nanoanalysis (LMNN) is an application oriented research team that is dedicated to the manipulation and analysis of materials in the micro and nanoscale. We adopt various techniques in design, fabrication/processing, and simulation to
assist the advancement of tools for nanotechnology.
Among them, the improvement of Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) application is our prime goal.
